| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义政治文明，必须认真研究政治文明的涵义和政治文明建设的重要内容。围绕着经济建设、正确处理政治关系、国家政权等问题加强政治文明建设。在国家政权这一核心问题上，要把坚持宪法至高无上权威同加强中国共产党领导和人民政治权利的实现结合起来。

| Abstract: | Building socialist political civilization needs to study the definition of political civilization and important contents of building it.To strengthen the building political civilization,we should work on the problens of economic constitution,political relations,state power,etc.About the key problen of the political power,we should combine the followings:sticking to the paramount authority of constitution,the lead of Chinese Communist Party,political rights of the people. |
