海关融媒体中心建设路径研究

智媒时代,海关借助科技的力量,以人本的逻辑建设海关融媒体中心,是服务国家战略和人民、有效传播主流价值观的需要。目前,海关媒体融合工作存在认识待深入、顶层设计不足、技术平台缺失、流程创新不足、分众传播较少等问题。在借鉴各类融媒体中心建设的基础上,形成海关融媒体中心建设的指导思想、建设思路、建设内容与步骤,以期达到海关内部信息的融合、与社会媒体的信息融合、与信息用户的信息融合,乃至与海外媒体信息融合的效果。

Research on the Construction Path of the Customs Media Center

In the era of intellectual media, with the power of science and technology and the logic of people oriented, the customs should build a media center to serve the national strategy and people and effectively spread the mainstream values. At present, there are some problems in customs media convergence, such as in-depth understanding, inadequate top-level design, lack of technology platform, insufficient process innovation and less focus on mass communication. On the basis of referring to the construction of various media centers, the guiding ideology, construction ideas, construction contents and steps of the construction of media centers of customs are formed, so as to achieve the effect of internal information convergence of customs, information convergence with social media, information convergence with information users and even information convergence with overseas media.
