| Abstract: | This issue analyzed the factors of uncertainty of the measurement for blue light weighted radiance, which is the key data in LED blue light hazard test. An example of the evaluation of uncertainty is given in this issue according to Chinese national calibration criteria JJF 1059.1-2012 "Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement". |
