CAFTA背景下贵州-东盟产业的国际分工与合作

近些年,贵州与东盟双方贸易往来和经济合作日益加强,发展势头强劲。贵州-东盟的产业合作主要是在农业、工业及服务业领域。依据贵州及东盟各国产业结构的特征及其发展趋势,我国应在第一产业上形成贵州与东盟更明晰的产业分工,在第二产业上助推贵州与东盟的产业优化升级和集聚,在第三产业上建立强有力的中介服务体系,并挖掘企业在双边合作中的自主能动性,同时强化政府在双边合作中的导向作用,以进一步促进贵州-东盟产业的国际分工与合作。

International Division of Labor and Cooperation between Guizhou and ASEAN under the Background of CAFTA

In recent years, trade and economic cooperation between Guizhou province and ASEAN grow with strong momentum. The industrial cooperation between Guizhou and ASEAN focuses on agriculture, industry, service sectors. According to the industrial structure and development trend of Guizhou and ASEAN countries, Guizhou shall differentiate its industrial division from that of ASEAN countries with the primary industry, fuel the industrial upgrade and clustering of the secondary industry, and build efficient intermediary service systems for the tertiary industry. The government shall seek to encourage enterprise initiative in the bilateral cooperation and intensify the guiding role of the government in the cooperation.
