| 摘 要： | 新疆人口老龄化目前在全国处于较低水平,但人口老龄化的发展速度有加快的趋势.新疆人口的老龄化将会在社会经济发展水平比较低的状态下提前到来.新疆人口老龄化的发展在地区和民族之间极不平衡.对老龄化将会给新疆带来的可能后果以及我们应该采取的对策提出了看法.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the trends and characteristics of population aging in Xinjiang, and points out that process of Xinjiang population aging is very fast in spite of lower socio-economic level over the nation. In the end this paper points out the socio-economic consequences of aging in Xinjiang and proposes some suggestions. |
