论房地产营销理念与竞争方式

摘    要:房地产营销理念的树立与竞争方式的选择是开发商制订房地产营销策略必须考虑的二个重要问题。本文阐述了房地产营销的八大理念及其对房地产营销的作用,并剖析了五种主要的房地产营销竞争方式,以期对提升房地产企业竞争能力有所裨益。

Abstract:To set up the ideas and to choose competitive ways of real estate marketing are two important issues for developers, which should be considered when real estate marketing strategy is made out. The article clarifies eight big ideas of real estate marketing and function of each new idea, and dissects five major competitive ways of real estate marketing, which would be beneficial to promote the competitive power of real estate business.
