| 摘 要： | 本文结合企业实际,针对稻米加工过度的现状,通过对企业生产工艺发展过程分析,表明适度加工是符合国家政策、健康消费、粮食安全及节能降耗导向,具有重要的实际意义。最后,对适度加工的几点思考给我们提出了需要大米行业人共同努力的方向。
