巴基斯坦塔尔煤田开发的经济性分析

结合巴基斯坦能源状况和煤炭资源条件,为该国合理、高效开发利用煤炭资源,缩小电力缺口,提出了不同开发方案。分析了当地煤田露天开采的经济性问题和煤炭地下气化技术在当地的适用性和成本优势。采用灰色物元分析法对各类开发方案进行了经济性对比。

Economy Analysis on Development of Tar Coalfield in Pakistan

In combination with the energy conditions and the coal resource conditions in Pakistan, in order to rationally and efficiently develop and utilize the coal resources and to reduce the electric power shortage, different development planes were provided. The paper had an analysis on the economic problems of the surface mining in the coalfield and on the adaptability and the cost advantages of the coal underground gasification technology. The grey element analysis method was applied to the economic comparison on each development plan.
