摘    要:本文建立了动物组织中4种氟喹诺酮类药物(恩诺沙星、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星和诺氟沙星)同时检测的超高效液相色谱串联质谱法。采用乙腈提取样品中的药物,然后加入乙腈饱和正己烷脱脂、除杂,提取液浓缩、定容后进超高效液质联用仪(UPLC/MS/MS)检测,外标法定量。方法的回收率为75%-100%,相对标准偏差〈10%.定量限为1μg/kg。

Abstract:A UPLC/MS/MS method was developed for the determination of four fluoroquinolones (enrofloxacin, ciproftoxacin, ofloxacin and norfloxacin) in animal tissues. In this method, residues were extracted from samples by acetonitrile, degreased with n-hexane saturated with acetonitrile and purified. After the extracts were concentrated and the volumes were determined, the extracts were injected into the UPLC/MS/MS to detect and quantified by external standard method. The average recovery was 75%-100%, the relative standard deviation was less than 10% and the lower limit for detection was 1μg/kg.
