| Abstract: | Based on the theory of company reconstruction, the paper points out that the key to reconstruct building enterprises is the reconstruction of its business process, which is the foundation for the integration of enterprise's core business and, will promote the development of market between different departments and procedures, resulting in the improvement of enterprise's overall economic efficiency. |
