| 摘 要： | 当前，我们所面临的全球金融危机是百年一遇的大危机，由于缺乏吸引流动性的新兴产业，本次调整有可能是长期的；由于有国际货币金融乘数效应和国际贸易乘数效应，必须全球共同救市。中国近期所做的价格调整是失败的，刺激内需的经济政策也是无效的，投资与出口仍然是中国经济增长的引擎。为此，需要进行产量调整，并通过恢复利率平价、降低税率平价来维持出口竞争力。人民币是被美元渗透的货币，在本质上不是一个国际货币，再加上人民币缺乏微观基础，因此人民币国际化不是明智的选择。
