| 摘 要： | “公司＋农户”模式是解决我国农业经营中的小规模与大市场矛盾,控制食品安全问题的重要产业组织形式。深圳嘉农公司创造的“批发市场＋基地＋片＋农户”模式成功运转了20多年,其经验表明：（1）一个模式要稳定,必定能够创造租金,同时保障各方都能分享租金;（2）嘉农公司的创新之处在于它创造了一个具体的组织形式;（3）嘉农公司的“批发市场＋基地＋片＋农户”模式是在特定局限条件（知识、农户规模和经营方式等）下的最优的制度安排（交易费用最低）。
