| Abstract: | Through the analysis of existing lottery industry’s defects, combining the feature and advantage of developing e-commerce, this paper studies the feasibility and necessity of carrying out e-commerce in lottery industry from the economic feasibility, technical feasibility and operating feasibility, and it makes an active exploration for the lottery industry in e-commerce activities. |
