摘    要:企业竞争力由多种元素构成,其中最重要的一个元素就是企业营销能力。营销能力和顾客价值关系紧密,两者相互作用,企业营销能力的培育应以顾客价值为导向,因为顾客价值创造了市场需求。

Abstract:The Enterprises Competitiveness is composed of many kinds of elements.One of the most important is marketing capability.There is very close relationship between the marketing capability and customer value,which influence each other.The cultivation of marketing capability should be based on the customer value,because it created the demand.
