新疆低碳经济评价体系初探

发展低碳经济是人类面对当前能源短缺和环境污染对人类造成的双重威胁而做出的必然选择。新疆受地理环境、产业结构等因素的影响,能源消费结构不均衡,环境污染严重,积极探索发展低碳经济是经济社会进一步发展的必经之路,同时也是建设经济强省的必然选择。本文通过运用模糊层次分析法对新疆低碳经济发展进行评价,并为促进新疆发展低碳经济提出发展清洁能源、加强环境建设等建议。

On Constructing Evaluating System of Low-carbon Economy in Xinjiang

Development of low-carbon economy is the inevitable choice the human made.The current energy shortage and environmental pollution are the double threat to human.Unbalance energy consumption structure and serious environmental pollution in Xinjiang are caused by the geographical environment or the industrial structure or the other.Actively exploring the development of low carbon economy is the best way and the first choice of building an economically powerful provision.This paper uses the FAHP method to evaluate low-carbon economic development in Xinjiang and puts forward policy suggestions to develop low-carbon economy.
