基于Ventsim的王楼煤矿通风系统优化研究

摘    要:王楼煤矿具有长距离通风系统的特点,尤其是随着七采区的开采,通风系统阻力分配不均、通风系统稳定性差的问题愈演愈烈。为此,在获取通风基础参数的基础上,利用Ventsim建立矿井三维可视化模型,提出3种优化方案并通过模型预测各方案所能达到的预期效果。同时,提出基于博弈论组合赋权加权秩和比法的矿井通风系统方案优选模型,确定方案1提出的七采区专用回风巷贯通为最优方案。现场实践表明,矿井风机运行速率提升,阻力分布趋于合理。方案优选模型对于同类型矿井改造具有借鉴意义。

Research on Optimization of Ventilation System of Wanglou Coal Mine Based on Ventsim
Abstract:Wanglou coal mine has the characteristics of the long-distance ventilation system in , especially with the mining of the seven mining area, the resistance distribution of the ventilation system is uneven, and the problem of poor stability of the ventilation system is becoming more and more serious. On the basis of obtaining the basic ventilation parameters, Ventsim is used to establish a 3D visual model of the mine, propose three optimization schemes, and predict the expected effect of each scheme through the model. At the same time, the optimization model of mine ventilation system scheme based on game theory combination weighted weighted rank ratio method is proposed, and the connection of special return air lane in seven mining area is the optimal scheme. The field practice shows that the operation rate of mine fan increases, the resistance distribution tends to be reasonable, and the scheme optimization model has reference significance for the same type.
