| 摘 要： | 本文归纳了本次经济危机中美国劳动力市场的基本特征,分析了美国政府实施的经济刺激、增加失业补贴和延长补贴期等一系列政策对解决周期性失业及摩擦性失业等问题的积极作用,并结合我国国内经济刺激政策的主要倾向,提出了我国经济刺激政策应将经济结构凋整和促进就业统一起来等政策建议.

| Abstract: | This paper concludes the basic features of the labor market in the USA under this round of economic crisis,analyzes the positive effects the set of stimulus policies including economic stimulation,increasing unemployment subsidy and its term have on solving the frictional unemployment and cyclical unemployment.It also studies economic stimulus policies in China,and puts forward that economic structure adjustment and employment enhancement should be combined when applying our economic stimulus policy. |
