| Abstract: | This paper explains the characteristics of service system modeling. A simulation model of a ticket - booking center is developed based on the simulation suftware of WITNESS. Two schemes of personnel allocating, are compared. System bottleneck is analyzed and the simulation outcome of system improvement is brought forward. |
