| 摘 要： | 以世界500强企业中的摩托罗拉和通用电气的事例说明:企业在新经济环境下推行六西格玛(6σ)管理具有重要意义,能够确保企业实现持续高速发展。论述了6σ管理的定义、理论体系、起源及其实施的方法和技术工具。分析6σ管理在中国的引入与推行现状,指出中国企业实施6σ管理的必要性。
