| 摘 要： | 法治是引领、保障和促进科技创新的重要支撑。本文在分析科技创新法治机制概念与内涵的基础上,系统归纳总结了我国科技创新法治机制建设实践中存在的问题,并从法治建设、法治实施、法治监督和法治环境等方面提出完善我国科技创新法治机制的对策。

| Abstract: | The rule of law is an important support for leading,guaranteeing and promoting technological innovation.Based on the analysis of the concept and connotation of the scientific and technological innovation rule of law mechanism,this paper systematically summarizes the problems existing in the construction of the rule of law mechanism of technological innovation in China,and proposes to improve the rule of law mechanism of technological innovation in China from the aspects of rule of law construction,rule of law implementation,rule of law supervision and rule of law environment countermeasures. |
