| 摘 要： | 面对新一轮科技革命和工业变革,日本政府将创新型小微企业作为新的经济增长引擎,通过构建民间为主体、政府为支撑,民间自发自觉可持续的创新生态环境,发挥小微企业在引领创新、提振创业、推动产学研深度融合方面的积极作用。近年来日本大学初创型企业的快速发展成为创新型企业活力迸发的集中体现。

| Abstract: | In the face of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,the Japanese government hopes to take innovative small and micro enterprises as the new economic growth engine,namely constructing folk self-conscious sustainable innovation ecological environment with folk as the main body,government as the support,thus enabling small and micro enterprises to play a positive role in leading innovation,boosting entrepreneurship and promoting integration of industry,university and research.In recent years,the rapid development of start-up enterprises in Japanese universities has become a concentrated embodiment of the vitality of innovative enterprises. |
