| 摘 要： | 我国公共投资分享不公平主要表现在公共投资资金来源上的总量不足,资金去向上的定位不准确,以及区域公共投资有差异、产业公共投资有差异和群体公共投资有差异等方面.因此,公共投资主体多元化旨在解决总量的不足,是公平分享的前提;公共投资方向准确是公平分享的具体途径;加强公共投资科学决策与合理监管是公平分I享的重要保障.

| Abstract: | Inequitable sharing of public investment in China is mainly reflected in its insufficient sources,inaccurate positioning and differences among regions,sectors and social groups.Therefore,in achieving equitable sharing,diversification of investors aims to overcome lack of total investment and is the precondition,accurate positioning is the concrete means,and scientific decision-making and rational regulation is an important safeguard. |
