中国海外园区越南龙江工业园投资效益与启示

自“走出去”政策以来,中国企业就开始进行国外经营模式的积极探索,"一带一路"倡议的提出,更增强企业走向世界的能力,境外经贸合作区便是在这种情况下应运而生的一种新的对外投资方式。文章首先介绍越南的经济环境,并运用SPSS软件进行中国对越南投资与越南GDP增长的相关性分析,发现中国对越南的投资能够带动越南的经济增长;其次,以越南龙江工业园为例,通过对龙江工业园的园区概况、产业定位、入园企业以及优劣势概述,运用灰色关联分析法进行园区各行业的投资效益分析,发现轻纺新材料、加工类行业投资效益最好;最后,总结龙江工业园的经验,为今后境外经贸合作区的建立提供借鉴。

Investment Benefits and Enlightenments of Longjiang Industrial Park (China Overseas Industrial Park) in Vietnam

Since the "Go Abroad" Strategy, Chinese enterprises have begun to actively explore models of foreign business. The Belt and Road Initiative enhances the ability of enterprises to go global. The overseas economic and trade cooperation zone is a new form of foreign investment under such circumstances. Firstly, this paper introduces the economic environment of Vietnam and analyzes the correlation between Chinese investment in Vietnam and Vietnamese GDP growth applying the correlation analysis of SPSS, the result shows that Chinese investment in Vietnam can drive Vietnamese economic growth. Secondly, through an overview of the park’s profile, industry orientation, enterprises in the park, and advantages and disadvantages of Longjiang Industrial Park, this paper analyzes the investment benefits of various industries in the Longjiang Industrial Park using the grey relational analysis method, the results show that the light textile and new materials, processing industry have the best investment benefits. Finally, summing up the experience and enlightenment of Longjiang Industrial Park will provide reference for the establishment of overseas economic and trade cooperation zones in the future.
