摘    要:组织文化理论是20世纪末兴起的一种管理理论。组织文化已经成为人力资源开发与管理领域中高度重视的关键因素。为追求卓越,提高组织的实际效益,管理者必须具有弹性思维,通过人格化管理致力于组织文化的提升与组织形象的塑造。

The Discusses Between the Organization Culture and the Personification Management
Abstract:The theory on organization culture is one kind of management theories,which was emerged in the end of 20 century's. It is attached great importance to the organization culture and has become the key aspect in domains of the human resources development and the management. In order to pursue remarkably,to enhance the actual benefit,it is essential for the superintendent to have the elastic thought and the personification management,which will make valuable contributions to the organization culture promotion and the organization image mold.
