我国教育资源配置方式选择研究

摘    要:随着我国社会经济的迅速发展,社会和个人对教育的日益增长的需求与有限的教育资源的矛盾已十分突出。根据不同类型教育产品的性质以及效用外溢性的差别来配置教育资源的方法,是解决这一矛盾的有效方法。基础教育的效用外溢性程度最大,应主要由政府来配置教育资源;高等教育的效用外溢程度次之,应采取公共部门和私人部门相结合的办法;职业教育的效用外溢性程度最小,应主要由私人部门来配置教育资源。

Abstract:with rapid economy development in China,the contradiction between the social and individual demand increasing on education and the limited education resources has been extremely prominent.It is an effective way to allocate education resources according to the nature and utility overflow diversity of different education products for resolving the contradiction.The utility overflow of the elementary education is the first level,so its resources should be allocated mainly by the government;The higher education's utility overflow is the second level,so its resources could be supplied by public and private departments;And professional education's utility overflow is the least,its resources is mainly allocated by private department.
