| 摘 要： | 运用系统分析的方法,从流域水污染控制角度出发,对漓江流域的城市污水处理有关问题进行了系统研究。结合漓江流域城镇经济、技术水平特点,对流域的城镇排水的体制、出路进行了分析;根据污水排放和污染物排放情况以及水环境容量分布,确定了流域内城市污水处理厂规模;在分析了几种适合中小城市特点的典型城市污水处理工艺后,提出了4种城市污水处理工艺作为流域不同类型城镇的城市污水处理的优选技术;为保证流域水污染有效控制,建议实行流域水环境的统一管理。

| Abstract: | On the basis of basin wide water pollution control plan, the problems related to the municipal wastewater treatment in the catchment area of Lijiang River were researched by means of systematic analysis. Considering the township economy development and technical progress in this area, the suitable sewer system and receiving water bodies of wastewater were discussed. Furthermore the capacity of municipal wastewater treatment plants will be confirmed on the basis of wastewater and pollutant discharge investigation and water environmental capacity analysis. Four selected wastewater treatment processes are recommended for middle or small towns in Lijiang River basin. This paper proposed that unified administration of basin wide water environment has to be necessary. |
