摘    要:在互联网技术与社会经济高速发展的冲击下,传统公共图书馆的管理能力与服务效能日显落后,面临着读者群体不断流失的困境。大数据时代,公共图书馆积极运用互联网和大数据技术平台,融合自身的传统优势,制定有效服务读者、吸引读者、扩大自身影响力的粘性策略,是重振辉煌和创新发展的必由之路。澳大利亚国家图书馆运用数据信息技术提高读者粘性的创新实践,尤其是实施收藏(Collect)、共鸣(Connect)、合作(Collaborate)、能力(Capability)的4C策略强化读者粘性的做法,展示了公共图书馆适应数字经济时代的创新发展路径,提供了公共图书馆更好地服务和吸引读者的多重启示。

Abstract:Under the impact of Internet technology and the rapid development of social economy, the management ability and service efficiency of traditional public libraries are increasingly lagging behind, facing the dilemma of continuous loss of readers. In the era of Big data, public libraries actively use the Internet and Big data technology platform, integrate their own traditional advantages, and formulate sticky strategies to effectively serve readers, attract readers and expand their influence, which is the only way to revitalize brilliance and innovative development. The innovation practice of using data and information technology to enhance readers'' adhesion in National Library of Australia, especially the implementation of the 4C strategy, which is Collect, Connect, Collaborate, and Capability, showcases the innovative development path of public libraries adapting to the digital economy era, and provides multiple inspirations for public libraries to better serve and attract readers.
