非物质文化遗产保护在世界各国已引起广泛关注,这在某种程度上促进了我国非物质文化遗产保护熟潮.从历史文化名城保护制度初始宗旨--建立完整的历史文化遗产保护体系看,我国历史文化名城实践并不完善,其中显著问题便是非物质文化保护严重缺位,基于此,本文分析了非物质文化与历史文化名城活性关系,认为未来历史文化名城保护实践的完善应重视研究非物质文化对于城市历史环境的精神意义,并从管理体制方面和非物质遗产保护方式表达方面探讨了相关制度的完善.

Intangible Heritage and the Protection of Historical and Cultural City

The great concern on Intangible Heritage has promoted the enthusiasm of its protection in our country.When taking the protection system of our country's Historical and Cultural city into account,the lacking of deep consideration on the protection of Intangible Heritage is one of the serious problems.Based on this,the article analyses the relationship between Intangible Heritage and the specific property of a Historical and Cultural city,and think that the protection of a Historical and Cultural city should pay much concern on its Intangible Heritage,especially on the spiritual meaning for a historical surrounding.Beside this,the article also try to do some research related to Intangible Heritage,the management system and exhibition ways etc.
