| 摘 要： | 关于公司财务困境的研究在我国起步较晚,从研究方法和研究角度看,都与国外的相关研究存在着一定的差异,本文通过对国内外该研究领域相关文献的回顾,在对已有研究成果进行总结和评价的基础上,指出进一步研究的方向,以期为我国证券市场的健康发展提供参考。
