广东海洋经济发展SWOT分析

摘    要:21世纪是海洋的世纪,各国以及国内各沿海省市更加关注本地区海洋经济发展,进行新一轮的海洋资源开发与投入。文章运用SWOT分析法,分析得出广东海洋经济发展具有良好的先天优势、充裕的财政支持等优势以及"海洋强国"战略的提出、海洋经济综合试验区获批等机遇,但同时也存在区域发展不均衡、产业结构不合理等劣势,面临着国外竞争激烈、海洋环境遭到破坏等挑战,认为广东省应把握机遇,充分利用自身优势,加大对战略性海洋新兴产业的投入以优化海洋产业结构,并努力向深海及远洋进军发展本省海洋经济。

Abstract:21 st Century is the century of Ocean, many countries and domestic coastal provinces further promote the Marine economic development. A new round of development and investment on this area is coming. The article using the method of SWOT analyses the strengths of Guangdong to develop the Marine economy, such as natural advantages and adequate financial support as well as the strategy of "Marine Power" is put forward and the opportunity of approved of the Marine economy comprehensive experimental zone. But there is the disadvantage of unbalanced regional development or unreasonable industrial structure, and also faced with foreign competition or the challenge of the damage to the Marine environment. Considering that Guangdong Province should seize the opportunity of maritime power strategy and the permission to build Marine economy demonstration area, enlarge the investment of strategic emerging Marine industry to optimize the Marine industrial structure, and efforts to the depths of the sea and the ocean into the development of Marine economy of the province.
