| 摘 要： | 政治面貌在中国社会经济生活中扮演着一定的角色。来自全国五个省市区的样本显示,当今人们对政治面貌在生涯发展中重要性的感知已不强烈,但国有单位员工感知程度高于非国有单位员工,管理人员感知程度高于非管理人员。

| Abstract: | Political status plays an important role in the social and economical life in China. The samples coming from 5 districts of China display: the perception of the significance of political status in Chinese employees' career development is not very obvious, but the perception degree of employees in state-owned units is higher than that of employees in non-state-owned units,managers higher than non-managers. |
