| 摘 要： | 北京城乡居民在食品消费总支出、消费种类、消费数量、增长速度上存在差异,主要原因是其收入水平存在差距。优化北京城乡居民食品消费结构,要提高农村居民消费水平;加强社会保障体系建设;发展食品市场,增加食品种类,保证食品质量;大力发展餐饮业,提高服务水平;完善物流配送体系,尽可能使居民的不同需求得到最大化的满足。

| Abstract: | There is a gap between urban and rural residents’ food consumption in terms of total expenditure,the diversification of consumption,the quantity of consumption and the speed of growth;and the income gap is the main cause.To optimize the urban and rural residents food consumption structure,we should,first,improve rural residents’ level of consumption;second,we should strengthen the construction of social welfare system;third,we should develop the food market,improve the diversification of food and guarantee food quality;fourth,we should further develop the catering industry and improve the level of service;and fifth,we should perfect the logistic system and try our best to meet the residents’ diversified needs. |
