| 摘 要： | 合理的消费结构是一定的需求结构和供给结构相互作用的产物。同时,一定的消费结构又反过来对需求结构和供给结构产生积极的影响。优化北京市居民消费结构,要增加居民收入与减小收入差距并重,稳定各消费品的消费价格,完善社会保障体系,提升居民消费信心,保障城镇居民基本消费需求和食品安全,积极培育新的主导性消费热点,提倡节能减排的绿色消费模式,引导居民理性消费、科学消费、绿色消费、可持续消费。

| Abstract: | The rational consumption structure is the result of the interaction between demand and supply structure.At the same time,certain consumption structure can also impose a positive impact on the structure of demand and supply.To optimize Beijing consumption structure,we should pay more attention to both the improvement of residents’ income and narrowing the income gap,stabilize the CPI,improve the social security system and residents’ confidence of consumption,guarantee the food safety,cultivate more leading consumption hot points,advocate the green consumption pattern of saving energy and reducing emission of pollutants and lead the rational,scientific,green and sustainable consumption. |
