矩阵式组织中项目成员的绩效管理研究

摘    要:本文从矩阵式组织的特点及其绩效考核中存在的问题出发,提出了一个主要针对矩阵式组织结构的绩效管理模型。该模型既实现了项目经理和职能经理二者权力的均衡,解决了矩阵式组织中绩效管理固有的一些问题,同时又将企业的当前目标与长远发展,个人的业绩表现与能力提升有机地结合起来了,从而能够实现企业与个人双赢的良性发展局面。

Abstract:There exists some problems on Perform- ance Appraisal of Matrix Organzation Structure due to its particularity.To solve these problems,the paper presented a performance appraisal model mainly focused on matrix or- ganization structure.The model not only achieves the power balance between project manager and competence manager, solves some implicit problems of performace management in matrix organization,but also effectively combines the cur- rent goal and long term development of enterprise with indi- vidual performance promotion,thereby reaches a win-win situation of both.
