| 摘 要： | 施工项目工程款是施工企业资金的主要来源。加强工程款管理,做好项目资金运作,应实行项目资金计划、集中和"一支笔"审批管理,同时还要控制项目分包等资金支出,加强工程款清欠管理等。

| Abstract: | The construction debt in the project funds is the main source of cash flow of the construction enterprise.Measures that are involved in the management of construction debt and the operation of project funds must be taken to examine and approve the project funds through plan-making,centralizing,and one-chop approving.Similarly,it is needed to control the expenditures of project subcontracting and the pay-off debts of project funds. |
