贫困村积极推进农场化发展模式

小农经济生产的局限性困扰了贫困地区农民增收和发展,已经逐渐被我们所认识。所以,制度创新换一种角度大胆探索新的发展模式来解决三农问题,应视为加快农村经济发展的一项重要工作。以农场化发展的目标、任务、原则、方针为突破口,从实现农场化发展的可能性、现实性、作用、意义的视角,为三农问题的解决和贫困村经济发展提出了新的坐标。

Research on Developing Farm Management in Poorly-off Villages

We are aware of the localization of the petty farmer economy which puzzle the farmer in poorly-off areas to increase their incomes,so we should probe a new development model to solve the country,the peasant,the agriculture problems.It is considered to be an key task to quicken economic development in villeges.The paper focuses on pushing the farm management in poorly-off villeges,expatiates four kinds of obstacles for poorly-off villeges in development,moreover,discusses the object,task,principle and policy of the farm management.The thesis has proposed some pertinent suggestions to solve all the problems above from the viewpoints of feasibility,realism,function and significance.
