| Abstract: | The rapid development of Sike company benefits more from the new thinking of qualified personnel's recruitment. For example, widely-spread want ads,humane method for recruitment,brief recruitment procedure and the recruitment of creative and experienced talents. The communicative ability is regarded as the standard for judging talents and the whole interest of enterprise is consistent with individual interest of qualified personnel. |
