摘    要:思科公司快速发展,更多的得益于人才招募的新思路。如覆盖广泛的招聘广告,人性化的招聘方式、简 洁的招聘程序和员工转介员工,寻找富有创新和有工作经验的人才,并将沟通能力成为衡量人才水平的标准,使企业 整体利益与人才的个人利益一致。

Abstract:The rapid development of Sike company benefits more from the new thinking of qualified personnel's recruitment. For example, widely-spread want ads,humane method for recruitment,brief recruitment procedure and the recruitment of creative and experienced talents. The communicative ability is regarded as the standard for judging talents and the whole interest of enterprise is consistent with individual interest of qualified personnel.
