| 摘 要： | 创新是时代的要求。高职教育如何加强培养学生的创新能力是目前高职院校的重要任务之一。该文认为,培养高职学生的创新能力,首先要重视学生创新思维的培养;其次要必须充分尊重高职学生的个性与创造精神;再次要实施以“学生为中心”的教育模式;此外,要突出实践教学,建立良好的育人环境,以全面提高高职学生的创新能力。

| Abstract: | Innovation is the requirement of the epoch. How to improve the students' innovative capability is one of the important tasks in higher vocational education. This paper proposes several ways to solve the problem: firstly to place much emphases on the cultivation of the students' ideas; secondly to fully respect the students' personalities and creative spirits; thirdly to carry out student - centered teaching mode and finally to strengthen practical training and build better education circumstances. |
