The Present Situatiom and Counfermeasure of Meanagement of Urban Land

This text through analyzing the situation of the selling land, the transferring land by administration as well as supplies and service situation of the collective land in the urban planning area, this article thoroughly analyzed the reason of the land using out of control in the city. Expatiated the necessary to strengthen the land using management during the market economy initial period stage through urban planning which include two aspects: the overall regulation and intervention exploitation, and realizes the multi-level plan control.
