| 摘 要： | 贸易法律环境是对外贸易利益保护的法律保障.越南在对外贸易中实施诸多贸易保护措施,如进出口管理制度,贸易准人制度,关税制度等,还有不少技术性贸易壁垒和关税壁垒.深入地认识与了解越南的贸易立法、执法和司法状况,掌握越南的贸易法律、政策和措施,探讨对越贸易应对办法,能为作出正确的贸易决策提供依据,有效地规避和化解贸易风险.

| Abstract: | A kind legal environment of trade is a safeguard for trade interests. In Vietnam, lots of trade protection policies are adopted such as trade control, trade permit policy, tariff, and technical tariff as well. A thorough study into the legal legislation of trade, the execution of the law and the administration of justice in vietnam, a good knowledge about vietnamese traed laws,policy and executive measures and a discussion on the countermeasures will provide helpful suggestions for correct trade decision and evading trade risks. |
