| 摘 要： | 经济全球化是生产力发展、社会进步的客观结果，已成为不可逆转的历史发展潮流，任何国家都不可能回避或抗拒。中国已加入WTP.正在快速融入经济全球化进程。当前，正确认清当今经济全球化的基础、特点及正负效应，是我国制定和选择经济发展战略的一个重要基础。

| Abstract: | Economic globalization is the objective result of developing in productivity and social progress, it has already become irreversible historical trend which any country cannot avoid or resist. China has joined to the WTO and participated in the process of economic globalization. At present, correctly understanding of the foundation, characteristics, and positive and negative effects of economic globalization is an important foundation for making and choosing the economic development strategy. |
