| 摘 要： | 目前，全世界都关注的一个热点问题就是大学生的就业率问题、本文分析了大学生就业率低的主要原因之一是大学生的就业能力较差。针对该问题，本文提出了大学生就业能力模型；并在此基础上，针对目前大学生就业能力差的状况提出了相应的提高大学生就业能力的对策；
