理论创新与方法抉择--我国农村社会保障研究的反思与前瞻

当前我国农村社会保障研究需要在制度研究上进行理论创新,在问题研究上进行方法抉择。在制度创新方面,要根据新时期我国农民的分化的现状及其特征,构建以进城务工人员、失地农民和本土农民的不同群体社保模式。在问题研究方面,需要选择不同学科的方法,特别是融合多学科的方法于一体,创新我国农村社会保障研究的方法论。

Theoretical innovation and methodological choice:a reflection of studies in the rural social security system in China

This paper maintains that the studies on the social security system in the rural areas in China have to concentrate on institutional innovation theoretically and to choose relevant methodology based of the concrete problems of interest. For the institutional innovation, the security system should be conceived in different modes according to the current situations of the rural society. Three such modes may be conceived, i.e., mode for urban workers from rural areas, mode for farmers who have lost their farming land, and mode for the local farmers. As for the methodological choice, we stress the synthesis of methodologies from different disciplines to produce a new methodology for studying the social security of the rural areas in China.
