| 摘 要： | 作为金融中介机构的商业银行在经济运行中占有独特的地位,商业银行效率的研究不仅影响银行自身的盈利能力,对于金融体系的功能发挥也具有重要意义。本文以商业银行效率的结构基础、测度方法、实证检验、影响因素,以及外资银行进入对我国商业银行效率的影响为线索,总结评析国内外学者对我国商业银行效率的已有研究成果,并提出我国商业银行效率研究中存在的不足和未来有待于深入研究的问题。

| Abstract: | As financial intermediaries,commercial banks occupy a unique place in the economic operation.The efficiency of commercial banks,not only affects of the profitability of the banks themselves,and also the functioning of the financial system.This paper introduces the structural basis,measurement methods,empirical testing,and impact factors of the efficiency of commercial banks,and proposed the shortcomings of the efficiency in China's commercial banks. |
