| 摘 要： | 三资是现今农村广大干部群众关注的热点问题,三资包括农村集体的资产、资源和资金三个方面,同时,该区域也是腐败现象滋生的一个重要地点。我国的农村集体制度尚不完善,并且缺乏规范的运作机制和有效的监管,致使部分乡村产生财务管理混乱的现象、资产和资源无法进行合理的利用。极易由此引发较为严重的群众与干部之间的矛盾,为社会的稳定发展埋下了不利因素。本文从实际出发对潜藏在三资下的问题进行粗略的探讨,并提出了几点建议。
