| 摘 要： | 随着改革开放的深入,我国对外出口贸易迅速地发展,已被赋予世界工厂称号。在出口贸易中为了能确保货款及时安全地收到,我国外贸企业一般都倾向于使用信用证结算。然而一些国外进口商为了谋取暴利,利用信用证的各种软条款进行欺诈。分析这些风险造成的源头并有针对性地进行避免与防范,是出口商在使用信用证时必须考虑的问题。
