| 摘 要： | 在市场变化的要求下,能否获取企业所需要的收益是企业在选择组建创新联盟类型时的首要问题。在分析企业的收益需求和创新联盟模式收益特征的基础上,将企业动机、收益特征以及创新联盟模式之间构建了概念性的选择模型及相关假说,并运用路径分析对提出的假说进行验证。研究结果验证了企业的动机和创新联盟模式之间确实有紧密联系。

| Abstract: | Changing requirements in the market, the ability to gain what the enterprises needed is the base of innovative enterprises in the selection of alliance type.
