知识型员工分享剩余索取权影响因素的实证研究

摘    要:从企业剩余索取权视角出发,选择IT、化工和咨询等知识密集型行业的员工为研究对象,通过访谈和问卷获取130份样本数据,利用SPSS13.0软件,实证研究了知识贡献率、知识粘性程度、知识投入水平对知识型员工享有剩余索取权的影响。结果显示:知识贡献率与技术入股和管理入股均存在正相关关系;知识投入水平、知识粘性与技术入股存在正相关关系,而与管理入股存在负相关关系。
