| 摘 要： | 研究研发与创新过程中的影响因素,探寻其影响机理,对于发展知识经济及建设创新型国家具有重要的战略意义。针对国内外关于研发与创新过程中影响因素的诸多研究成果进行梳理,总结并陈述了企业内部影响因素、企业外部影响因素以及时间阶段的纵向影响效果3方面的主要研究成果及研究不足。最后,指出了研发与创新过程中影响因素研究领域的进一步研究方向。
