| 摘 要： | 知识转移是知识管理的核心领域,是组织获取所需知识从而建立和保持竞争优势的重要途径,嵌入在特定网络结构的各组织之间的知识转移绩效与其所处网络结构的特征变量密切相关。通过界定网络结构的特征变量,讨论了其与组织间知识转移绩效的关系,并运用问卷调查的方式对所提假设进行了检验,结果表明:组织所嵌入网络的密度、联系强度、网络规模、互惠性、节点度、居间性等变量,都对组织间知识转移有着正向影响。
